San Diego - January 2016

San Diego makes for a good winter getaway weekend. It's warmer and sunnier than most parts of the country in the winter. There's plenty of good stuff to see. Balboa Park is my favorite urban park. La Jolla is one of the most gorgeous sections of the California coast line. This trip, I toured the USS Midway aircraft carrier. It's an impressive piece of history as it was active from WWII through the first Gulf War.
