Savannah

Savannah is a jewel of a city. It's completely charming with gracious public squares and Spanish moss covered trees. Like many, I was introduced to the city by Midnight In The Garden of Good and Evil. After visiting, I re-watched the movie although it has been 20 years since movie was made all city landmarks shown, such as Forsyth Park, are still very much the same. I took the tour of the Mercer-Williams House, which was the home of Jim Williams, the main character from Midnight. The house was used in the filming of the movie and it was really interesting to see how the movie and the real world connect.
