Mass Ascension

Following dawn patrol almost 100 balloons inflate and take flight in the mass ascension. Spectators are able to explore the field the as the balloons are inflating and taking flight. It's a wondrous experience to see all the balloons lifting over and filling the sky. The event is called a race as the balloons have a competition following liftoff where they get points in competitions which are about how close the pilots can get to a particular spot.
