I drove across Northern Arizona and then up into Southern Utah. For parts of the journey, I travelled along historic historic Route 66, or what's left
of it. The region has many great sites. There are well known and frequently photographed places like Monument Valley. But there are many sites that are relatively
unknown but beautiful like the Rimrock Hoodoos. One could spend months trying to see all the sites worth a visit. Mule Canyon with its House on Fire ruin was my
last stop before heading north up through Salt Lake City and on to Yellowstone.
